Meet the Jake’s Performance Team

Jake’s Performance was started in 2005 as a part time venture. It has grown into a full time operation and continues to grow. Jake’s Performance moved to a larger 11,000 sq ft facility in 2012 to better serve the customer and expand our capabilities. In early 2020, Jake saw the need for more space and began looking for a new facility and in November 2020 moved into a 21,000 sq ft building located in Bridgeport, TX allowing room for expansion and and growth.

Jake Shoemake – Owner

Jake’s personal experience includes being an ASE certified Master Auto Technician, ASE Master Engine Machinist, and Advanced Engine Performance certified, 17 years of experience as a technician for GM dealerships, private repair shops, Army Special Operations, machine shops, and an OEM auto manufacturing facility.
